  4. After that, go to the Profile page and complete your talent profile.

What information should you fill in?

The AI evaluates your profile based on this information and calculates your match with open positions. The more carefully you fill in the details, the better the job matches you'll find.

  1. Professional Profile – Job title and a short description of your expertise. This is your sales pitch to a potential employer.

  2. Skills – A list of your competencies. Employers search for talent based on keywords, so list all your relevant skills.

  3. Language Skills – All the languages you know and your proficiency level in each.

  4. Work Experience – Job title, employer, duration of employment, and seniority level. It's especially important to describe your responsibilities and achievements – they say far more than just a title.

  5. Education – Degree, level of education, major or specialization, and graduation status.

  6. Licenses and Cards – E.g. hygiene passport, forklift license, or ADR driving permit. For certain roles these are requirements.

  7. CV – An uploadable resume complements the other information and gives the AI a fuller picture of your background.

Tips for Filling Out Your Profile

  • Spell out the responsibilities and achievements in your work experience instead of just listing job titles.

  • Make sure your education details, dates, and seniority levels are up to date.

  • Update your job search preferences to reflect your current situation.

  • Update your profile regularly – updated profiles rise to the top of recruiters' search results. It's enough to simply save the profile again, even if your information hasn't changed.

A well-filled-out profile is, in practice, a continuously active application that finds you jobs even when you're not actively searching yourself.
