Resetting your password

Here's how to reset your password if you have forgotten it or your activation link has expired.

If you have forgotten your password or your activation link has expired, you can request a new password directly from the login page.

  1. Go to https://app.laura.fi.

  2. Click the Forgot password? link.

  3. Enter your email address in the form.

  4. Click Reset password. The system will send you an email with a link to set a new password.

  5. Open the email and click the link.

  6. Set a new password and log in normally.
