You can choose whether your profile information is used when employers search for candidates. Making your profile invisible means it won't be suggested to employers in talent searches, while keeping it visible allows the AI to match you with suitable open positions.
Restricting Employers from Finding Your Profile
Log in to your talent profile at https://laura.fi/en/ by clicking Log in to Laura at the top of the page. Use your email address and the password you set.
Open the menu in the top right corner and select Account Details.
Scroll down to the Profile visibility section.
Select No, my profile is not used.
Click Save.
Making Your Profile Visible to Employers Again
Log in to your talent profile.
Open the menu in the top right corner and select Account Details.
Scroll down to the Profile visibility section.
Select Yes, my profile can be used.
Click Save.
